Theorist is built by VERIDIAN TOOLS with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service and never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Audio Recordings: Temporary audio clips (10-15 seconds) sent to our servers for song identification. These are processed and immediately deleted.
• Account Information: If you create an account, we store your email and display name via OAuth providers (Google/Apple).
• Library Data: Songs you save to your library and any notes you add.
• Usage Statistics: Anonymous aggregate statistics about feature usage to improve the app.
