By using Theorist, you agree to these terms. Theorist is operated by VERIDIAN TOOLS, a project committed to ethical technology practices.

─── The Service ───

Theorist provides music identification and theory analysis. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% correct identification or analysis for all songs. Analysis results are provided for educational and reference purposes.

─── Your Responsibilities ───

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Don't use automated systems to access the service
• Respect copyright and intellectual property laws

─── Subscriptions ───

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $7/month. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

15% Commitment: 15% of all Pro subscription revenue is donated to support free emotional technology sanctuaries through the VERIDIAN Open Sanctuary Model.

─── Intellectual Property ───

Song information and metadata belongs to the respective rights holders. Theorist provides music theory analysis as an educational tool. The Theorist application, brand, and original content are owned by VERIDIAN TOOLS.

─── Limitations ───

Theorist is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for: inaccurate identifications, analysis errors, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

─── Changes ───

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
